Here are some of the activities for this expedition:

Day 1 :

- Arrival at Mactan International Airport, Cebu Philippines

- 1 hr Ferry ride going to Tagbilaran, Bohol ( Ferry fare is included on your payment ) 

- Arrival at Bohol Beach Club, Panglao Island , Bohol ( few minutes ride from Tagbilaran port ) 

( Bohol Beach Club is a resort where we will be hosting Breathwork Techniques, Meditation & Yoga session, Energy movement workshops, etc. , you can book a room at this resort or you can also book from nearby hotels or airbnb which you find more affordable and fits on your budget, Mint will assist you on that or you can also book through Booking agencies like www.booking.com, www.agoda.com or www.airbnb.com ) 

- Lush Mindful Dinner at Bohol Beach Club Restaurant ( Introducing Native Filipino Foods, Charges are to be paid on that day ) 

Day 2:

- Breakfast Buffet ( charges included in the room once you book at the Bohol Beach Club, you can also choose to have a breakfast on your own at your hotel)

- Outdoor Meditation ( White sand beachfront ) sychronising the body with our planet through the portal of ultimate expanded consciousness & bliss in nature.

- Workshop : Creating a deeper and more meaningful connection with your inner self.

- Seafood Lunch at Bohol Beach Club (charges are to be paid on the day )

- Workshop : Learn to tap into your energy, harness this and move it around the body, growing consciousness and connection to spirit.

Day 3:

- Breakfast 

- Morning Meditation 

- Workshop : Break down blockages, body de-armouring and healing the body. 

- Asian Food Lunch ( charges are to be paid on the day ) 

- Inner Child, reframing, rising high, learn that you are strong enough to hold all you feel, EMPOWERMENT.

Day 4:

Day touring around Bohol, Phillippines ( Entrance fees, Transportation, Food are included on your payment )

- Chocolate Hills -  Manifesting Ritual

- Lunch at  Loboc River Cruise 

- Tarsier Sanctuary

- Butterfly Sanctuary

Day 5: 

- Breakfast 

- Beach day 

Re-birthing ritual in the Ocean. 

-Lunch and check out time 

- Going back to Cebu City and head on to the airport.
